Refund Policy and Cancellation

1. A parking place reserved by a customer or Parkify app user cannot be canceled by the parking owner, intender, or caretaker. The parking owner, attendant, or caretaker is required to give the Parkify client or user parking space once they have arrived at the spot they have reserved.                                                                       

2. All bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless under very  special circumstances.                                                                                            

3. All reservations made through the Parkify mobile app are made in advance; the user selects the time slot and pays according to the number of hours  selected and the hourly fees of the parking lot.                                                    

4. Kindly be aware that stays beyond the scheduled period will result in additional fees from the parking lot or garage for any unused hours or days. Once these fees are incurred, there will be no return.                               

5. In order of any disagreement between the Parkify user or customer and the Parking owner, intender, or caretaker about the parking space's unavailability (even after the reservation is confirmed), or about any other matter, Parkify customer service should be contacted in order to settle the dispute:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          i) The Parkify user or client will be given the nearest available parking space if the primary reason of the dispute is that there isn't a parking spot available (even after the reservation has been confirmed).    ii) If the user's payment doesn't seem fulfilled, Parkify will reimburse the full amount; otherwise, it will not be held accountable for providing incentives to the user.                                                                                                iii) If there is any other disagreement, legal proceedings will be pursued.

        You can always adjust the settings to "Allow only while using the app" or disable my "all-time location                   access" if you would prefer not to give us always access to your location.

        About consent for contact lists Your mobile device's contact list may be requested by our app. We                    need this access to improve and simplify the bill-paying process for you within the app. The contact                   information will only be accessed and used by us to make bill payments easier within the app. We                       won't  distribute or utilize this data for any other reason, including marketing or activities with other                   parties. You agree to the following by allowing the application access to your contact List. If you can                 still use our app to pay bills even if you decide not to give our app access to your contact list. The                        contact list option cannot be used unfortunately.

We process payments through Razor pay. Your card information is not saved on Razor pay’s servers by company. When processing payments, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) encrypts the data. We only save your purchase transaction data for as long as it takes to finish your purchase. Your purchase transaction information is not stored after the transaction has been completed.

•As a result, we will be able to arrange your costs according to transactions, banks, and service providers in a single view and give you insights on the same. This will assist you in obtaining a precise representation of your costs for all automotive-related services.

• Parkify does not access personal SMSs or OTPs.
